  In general,the configuration of the mechanism is from the front to the back,first confirm the reducer,then confirm the motor,and finally the brake.
  1.Selection of reducer
  The commonly used frequency conversion mechanism currently selects gear reducers with hard tooth surfaces,and the transmission efficiency is generally above 90%.When selecting the reducer,you must first confirm the type of the reducer.The commonly used reducer categories mainly include the following two types:
  A.F series helical gear reducer
  This mechanism is more secure and reliable,and has a longer service life.However,due to the excessive use of cage space,the domestic market promotion is not particularly good.Mainly used in 2-drive low-speed inverter mechanism.Taking SC200 as an example,the recommended common configurations are as follows:
  0-40m,2*15kw;0-65m,2*15/26kw;
  B.K series helical-bevel gear reducer
  Because of its reliable performance and compact layout,this reducer has become the mainstream configuration in the domestic market,and low,medium and high speed inverter ladders are commonly used.Taking SC200 as an example,the recommended common configurations are as follows:
  0-40m,2*15kw;0-60m,2*23kw;0-90m,3*26kw
  Secondly,it is the most critical to confirm the model and quantity of the reducer,and it is also the most easily ignored by unprofessional manufacturers and users.
  Take SC200 medium and low speed hanging cage as an example,the load+the deadweight of the hanging cage+the deadweight of the mechanism+the deadweight of the electrical cable accessories are generally calculated according to 4t,that is,
  Total load F=40KN
  Dynamic load coefficient K0=1.1(frequency conversion speed regulation),transmission efficiencyη=0.9
  Then,the maximum torque required to increase under rated load:
  MΣ=F·K0·m·Z/(2·η)
  =40×1.1×8×15÷2÷0.9=2933Nm
  If the two-drive mechanism is used,the output torque of the single reducer reaches 1467Nm.
  For the reducers of the SEW and NORD brands,the two drives use KF 87 or SK 9042.In theory,the coefficient of use is not sufficient.Therefore,the reducers of the two major international brands are mainly based on 3-drive configurations..
  Domestic K series reducers,taking the CASK and SSJ brands as examples,have made correspondingly enlarged designs for the output torque and output end bending moment,but it is still recommended that the 2 drive use 1330(Figure 3)and above models For products,1230(Figure 4)and below models are recommended to use a 3-drive configuration.
  For the 1230 two-drive products on the market,in general,they are used on SC100 or SC150 products.Our recommendation is that if the customer's frequent use load does not exceed 1t and the maximum use load does not exceed 1.5t,this configuration mechanism can be selected.,as the picture shows:
  There is also a mechanism on the market,as shown in the figure:
  This type of mechanism has no force on the non-working surface,and the gear oil does not protect the high-speed shaft from cooling.It is not recommended.
  2.Selection of motor
  When choosing a motor,the main considerations are power and frequency.Two factors determine the total power of the motor,load and speed.Tell everyone a formula:
  P=F*V/(6.12*η*n)
  Whereηis the transmission efficiency,the calculation of the gear can be calculated according to 0.9,and the calculation of the turbine can be calculated according to 0.75;
  N is the number of drivers
  Take the SC200 two-drive gear mechanism as an example.
  Example 1:Speed​​of 33m/min,motor power is about
  P=4*33/(6.12*0.9*2)=12KW
  That is,the gear mechanism with two drives of 0-33m/min should be equipped with a 13KW motor.
  Example 2:Speed​​of 40m/min,motor power is about
  P=4*40/(6.12*0.9*2)=14.5KW
  That is,the gear mechanism with two drives of 0-40m/min should be equipped with a 15KW motor.
  According to the customer's requirements for the lifting speed of the elevator,frequency modulation has become the most effective means.Therefore,the frequency modulation motor technology with constant torque below 87HZ is more and more applied to our field.Reduced load capacity has also become another issue that motor manufacturers need to overcome.
  3.Selection of brake
  Brake is another problem that is ignored by elevator manufacturers and users.Under the pressure of cost,two-drive mechanisms are commonly used.When the brake torque of the brake is also required to be increased,this is also the place that motor manufacturers need to pay attention to.
