Daily maintenance of construction elevator

(1) Perform maintenance work before and after the shift as required. After the inspection before operation, it should be tested once at the full height, and the moisture of each electrical component should be checked after the rain. Find problems and deal with them in a timely manner.

(2) Check and ensure that the upper, lower, left and right rollers are securely fastened, and the bolts on the rack back wheel and the transmission base plate are not deformed or loosened.

(3) Check that the limit switches of the single, double and bottom cage doors of the ladder cage and the functions related to the ultra-high, ground, counterweight lifting point limit switches, emergency switches, limit disconnect switches, etc. should be normal, and test the disconnection actions separately. .

(4) Check that the functions of cables and leakage protectors should be reliable, that there should be no disconnection of the protective ground, and that there is no welding machine load on the external distribution box.

(5) Regularly check the hydraulic system of the rack wire rope, frequency conversion speed regulation device and hydraulic elevator and provide for maintenance.

(6) Do a good job of cleaning the whole machine, and perform lubrication according to regulations.

(7) Check the sensitivity of the brake stroke and separation. There should be no noise or overheating during operation.

(8) Check that all guide rail derrick structure connection screws are free from looseness, deformation, and weld joint breakage.
