Construction hoist as a key equipment for overhead transportation, standardized operation is directly related to personnel safety and project progress. The following are the precautions to be strictly observed in the process of use:
I. Personnel operation standardization
Licensed personnel: the operators shall be professionally trained and assessed, and hold valid special operation certificates, and unauthorized operation by unlicensed personnel is strictly prohibited. Pre-service inspection: Before starting the machine, confirm the operation status of the equipment, check whether the door is closed tightly, whether the lubrication points are in place, whether the cable is not damaged, no-load test run for 3 minutes to confirm that the braking system, limit switches are sensitive and reliable. Load management: load strictly according to the rated load (marking value), prohibit overloading or partial load operation, stacking of materials uniformly and the height does not exceed the height of the guardrail, the personnel should stand away from the cage door and the running track. Second, the operation process control
Start-stop operation: sound the whistle as a warning before starting, prohibit sudden change of direction during operation, arrive at the designated floor and stop smoothly, wait until the door of the floor and the cage door are completely opened and confirm the safety before loading and unloading. Prohibited Behavior: It is strictly prohibited to open the safety guardrail, dump the body or throw objects during the operation; it is prohibited to use the limit switch instead of the normal stopping operation; and it is prohibited to lean on the protective door when working inside the cage. Abnormal treatment: If abnormal sound, vibration increase, control failure and other abnormalities occur, immediately press the emergency stop switch, cut off the power supply and contact the professional maintenance personnel, it is strictly prohibited to run with disease. Environment and Maintenance Requirements
Adverse Weather Response: In case of adverse weather such as Grade 6 or above gale, heavy rain, dense fog, etc., immediately stop the operation, park the cage at the bottom and cut off the power supply, and lock the protective doors of each level. Daily maintenance: clean up the debris in the cage after daily operation, check whether the connecting bolts of the guide rail frame are loose and whether the lubrication of the rack is sufficient; carry out function test for each safety device (fall arrester, buffer, etc.) every week and record the maintenance log. night operation: ensure sufficient lighting around, prohibit operation under the environment of blurred vision, cut off the main power supply and set warning signs during non-operating hours. IV. Points for Emergency Disposal
Handling of Power Outage: In case of sudden power outage, contact external rescue through the emergency call device, prohibit forcibly opening the cage door or climbing the rail frame, and wait for the professional personnel to descend to the bottom floor by using the manual release device. Fall arrester action: If the fall arrester triggers the brake, stop using it immediately, and have it re-tested and calibrated by the manufacturer or designated maintenance unit, and it is strictly prohibited to reset it privately to continue operation. Strict adherence to the operating procedures is not only the guarantee of efficient operation of the equipment, but also the key to building a strong construction site safety defense. The use of units must establish a regular inspection system to strengthen the safety awareness of operators to standardize the management of guarding the safety of life and property.
